Pakistan beat Cyprus in Table Tennis with 3-0 in FISU World University games Germany LAHORE: (Monday, July 21, 2025): Pakistan table tennis player Taimour Khan beat Cyprus with 3-0 in Germany at the World University Games 2025 and qualified for the next round. Taimour khan is from Nust University Islamabad and part of HEC Pakistan sports contingent. HEC chairman Prof Dr Mukhtar Ahmad), Pakistan delegation head Javed Memon and other sports circles have extended congratulations to the player Taimour Khan and the team manager Ahmad Khan Harral. Speaking on this occasion in Germany Mr Memon said, HEC Pakistan is participating first time in Table Tennis game and it is our first ever victory in any round at the World University games. It is noteworthy that Pakistan 40-member contingent is currently in Germany to participate in seven games while Indian has brought 400 members contingent.
